- Participation in satisfaction surveys: 3 years from the last survey,
- Credit card numbers: deleted on departure,
- Invoice retention: 3 years from last collection,
- Management of unpaid invoices and disputes: 10 years from last collection,
- Curriculum Vitae: 2 years after last contact,
- Customer files: deleted if no stay for 5 years.
At the end of these periods, SET Hôtels undertakes to securely destroy the paper or electronic data.
