SET Hotels undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data obtained in the course of its activities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the processing of personal data.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how SET Hotels treats the personal data of its customers, visitors, investors, service providers and partners.
SET Hotels reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in the event of changes. In the event of significant changes, a communication may be associated with the publication of the new policy.

6. Retention period for your personal data

SET Hotels keeps your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated above, namely:

Customer service follow-up: maintained as long as the customer record is active,
Sensitive/health data: deleted as soon as you leave the hotel, except in the case of food intolerance, as long as the customer file is active,
Sending newsletters and promotional offers: until unsubscription request,
Participation in satisfaction surveys: 3 years from the last survey,
Credit card numbers: deleted on departure,
Invoice retention: 3 years from last collection,
Management of unpaid invoices and disputes: 10 years from last collection,
Curriculum Vitae: 2 years after last contact,
Customer files: deleted if no stay for 5 years.

At the end of these periods, SET Hôtels undertakes to securely destroy the paper or electronic data.

7. storage and transfer of your personal data

Your personal data is stored in France, in secure premises and on servers controlled by SET Hotels or its service providers.
No personal data will be transferred outside the European Union.

8. access and modification

You may contact SET Hôtels at any time to exercise your rights with regard to the personal data SET Hôtels may hold, namely: right of access, right of information, right of rectification, right of opposition, right to be forgotten, right of portability, deletion and withdrawal of your consent with regard to your personal data.

All requests must be made by the person concerned, a legal guardian or a representative appointed by the person concerned to act on his or her behalf.

Proof of identity must be attached to the request to confirm its identity.
