• Prices are net and include all taxes and services (except tourist tax). Prices subject to VAT and to change without notice.
• Meals not taken are not deducted. 
• Tourist tax: €1.82 per day per adult
• All food intolerances must be notified in advance.‍
• Rooms: are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• Children: please contact us for more information.
• Small pets only (7/8 kg): €9 per day. Pets are not allowed in common areas (restaurant, lounge, sauna...).‍
• All-inclusive ski holidays : they are sold up to 3 days before arrival. This 3-day deadline is imposed on us for organizational purposes, and therefore for issuing ski passes.
  • ‍Payment ofdeposit: 30% of total amount upon reservation.‍
  • Cancellation conditions: Any cancellation of a stay causes the hotelier a loss and deprives him of a profit, custom reserves for everyone a possibility of forfeiture, but obliges compensation.
    - Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will refund in full any deposit paid
    - Less than 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will retain any deposit paid‍‍
