1.1. On the Site, SET HÔTELS provides information on a thematic basis concerning the Golf Hôtel****, its activities, as well as its offers of products and services in the field of thermalism.
1.2. The Site also offers the reservation of rooms in its establishment, a restaurant, a "Special Cures" service with the Thermes de Brides-les-Bains®, as well as editorial products, in accordance with the General Reservation Conditions and the General Sales Conditions, which can be freely consulted on the Site.
1.3. The photographs, visuals and illustrations reproduced and illustrating the establishment (rooms, restaurant and infrastructures) are presented for information purposes only, and therefore have no contractual value.
1.4. For any questions regarding the activities and services offered for sale by SET HOTELS, which are not answered by the Site, Users are invited to contact SET HOTELS using the contact details at the top of these Conditions.
2. access and availability
2.1. Access to the Site is free and provided on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of SET HÔTELS, and subject to any breakdowns and technical, maintenance and updating interventions necessary for the proper operation of the Site.
