• Prices are net and include all taxes and services (except tourist tax). Prices subject to VAT and to change without notice.
• Meals not taken are not deducted. 
• Tourist tax: €1.82 per day per adult
• All food intolerances must be notified in advance.‍
• Rooms: they are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12am on the day of departure.
• Children's rates :
  • ‍‍freeaccommodation from 0 to 3 years (cot on request)
  • 4 to 12 years:
    - 50% discount in the room of 2 parents
    - 30% discount in the room of one parent
• Small pets only (7/8 kg): €9 per day. Pets are not allowed in communal areas (restaurant, lounge, sauna, etc.).
• Cancellation and interruption policy for spa treatments : Any cancellation or reduction in the length of a stay represents a loss for the hotelier and deprives him of a profit; customary practice gives everyone the right to cancel, but obliges him to pay compensation.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification:
    - up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will reimburse the deposit paid in full
    - between 29 days and the date of arrival, the hotel will retain the deposit paid. 
  • If your stay is interrupted, the full amount of your stay is due. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (Thermassur).
